Pay & Go: Paying made easy saw a notable increase in weekly downloads, especially in November, peaking at approximately 2.1K in the week of November 25. Active users showed a steady rise from 13.7K to 17.7K by the end of December.

Bancolombia Negocios maintained a consistent download rate, with weekly downloads ranging from 447 to 970. Active user numbers were stable, with a slight increase from 15.8K to 17.3K throughout the quarter.
